1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Affiro app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Purpose of the App

Affiro is designed for affirmations, self-reflection, personal growth, and motivation.
The App is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

3. AI-Generated Content

Affirmations generated by AI are provided for motivational and informational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Users use the content at their own risk.

4. User Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for activities performed within their account and ensuring lawful use of the App.
Users must not use the App for illegal purposes; upload harmful, offensive, or abusive content; or abuse app features or referral systems.

5. Premium Subscription

Affiro may offer Premium features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless canceled, and can be canceled via the respective platform settings.
Refunds are handled according to the platform’s policies.

6. Referral Program

Affiro reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program, revoke rewards in cases of fraud or abuse, and suspend or block accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, including design, branding, and system-generated affirmations, is the property of Affiro.
Users retain ownership of their own affirmations but grant Affiro a non-exclusive license to store and display them within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

Affiro is not responsible for emotional reactions or interpretations of content, decisions made based on affirmations, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Affiro may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
